Two halloweens ago I thought it would be cool to put this movie on and then push the tv up to the window facing out onto the street while I handed out candy. Okay, Lon Chaney. He was a badass. Those first two pics are from one of my all time top 5 fave movies, "The Unknown". It's about this travelling circus and lon chaney is pretending that he has no arms so they'll keep him employed. But he's in love with Joan Crawford and she keeps leading him on bein like "oh I wish more men were like you because you don't have any arms" because she's afraid of mens hands for some weird fucking reason. And he can't let her know he actually does have arms so he goes to get them surgically removed but the doctors dont want to do it so he threatens to kill them and they fucking do it. And he gets back and he's like look bitch let's do it and she's like yo meet my new boyfriend doesn't he have a nice horse (yeah he has this horse whatever) and he freaks out and there's this really intense scene of him laughing manically. Also, he smokes with his feet.
If you wanna watch it you can come over to my apartment and watch my lon chaney 2 disk special - oh wait, fuck you.

Something different today. These are the front of these little cards I bought at the Daiso in Richmond, BC. On the back they have this sticky gum-like substance that you're supposed to rub on your fingers, and then when you touch the two fingers together and pull them apart the substance turns into what looks like smoke and wafts away. "Goblin Smoke" they call it. It's entertaining for about 3 seconds but I really only bought them because they look fucking cool.
